Frontier Stove Heat Mat
This heat proof mat has been designed to protect your groundsheet when using your Outbacker wood burning stove. It incorporates a heat retardant pad for both the legs of the stove and protection at the front of the stove to help prevent damage from sparks or heat to your tent or floor coverings.
Place your stove onto the mats heat proof pads when the stove is cold. The mat will protect your floor from damage by the feet when hot or any stray sparks or embers that may escape the stove once lit.
This is an essential piece of kit when installing your stove into a tent to protect your ground sheet, it is important that the stove sits in the correct position on the pads as these offer the heatproof protection, not the full mat.
The mat folds down into the separate travel bag.
We accept no responsibility for the use or misuse of this item. We recommend this for use only with a fire retardant canvas tent, tipi or yurt. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shelter used has the appropriate fire retardant qualities necessary. We advise not to leave stoves unattended and to make sure it has been extinguished prior to sleeping. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred by use of this item howsoever caused.
Original Outbacker stoves come with a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
The Warranty covers all components of our stoves to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase (excluding paint finish). All accessories are covered for a full 90 days to be free of defect in materials and workmanship.
Within this period the manufacturer will correct any defects by repairing or replacing defective parts of the equipment or making available the parts thereof.
The Manufacturer is not be obligated to repair or replace equipment which has been repaired by others, abused, altered, misused or overheated. Furthermore, the manufacturer will not be held liable for any loses due to neglectful operation on the part of the purchaser. Upon the expiration of such warranty all such liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Returned merchan- dise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. You will be responsible for the return postage to us. Prior approval and a return authorization number must be obtained.
If you have returned a faulty item and want a refund not a replacement we will check the faulty item upon its return to us. Once the fault is established you will be refunded for the item and for the return postage. The return postage refund is limited to £8.99.
If you cannot show us the fault prior to returning the item, you will be asked to initially pay the return postage to us. If a fault is found this will then be refunded to you up to the value of £8.99.
If your stove has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us at hello@Outbackerstoves.co.uk so we can confirm and resolve the issue immediately.
The Outbacker stoves warranty is not transferable.
To maintain the look of your stove we recommend cleaning the stove regularly and using high temperature barbecue paint to touch up stoves painted surfaces. Paint Finish is not covered by this limited warranty or any implied warranty.

All goods ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Our regular deliveries are made Mon- Fri between 08:00 and 19:00 (except during public holidays). Once the order is dispatched you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your consignment. For most UK addresses orders placed Mon - Thurs before 2pm we will often deliver the next day, however, our service is not a guaranteed next day delivery service and we are not responsible for any delays incurred by our couriers. Orders placed between Monday and Thursday @ 2pm should be delivered within 48 hours of your order being placed. Occasionally this can be extended up to 72 hours. Please contact us if you have not received your goods after this time. If a delivery is expected to be delayed beyond 7 days we will contact you by email or telephone, at this point, you will have the option to cancel your order. If you are ordering over the weekend, your first potential delivery day will be the following Tuesday. (Wednesday after Bank Holidays) Some items on our website come directly from our suppliers and will be shipped separately. For larger orders that require a pallet please allow 7 working days for delivery in the UK.
Delivery to most of the UK is free of charge. There is a surcharge for delivery to Southern Ireland (The Republic of Ireland), Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland and the islands such as Jersey, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and Guernsey. The surcharge for these locations can be seen in the table below. Additional delivery charges to these locations are determined by the dimensions and weight of the item(s) being ordered.

Shipping costs for orders anywhere other than mainland UK will be quoted at the end of your order.
For your security all of our deliveries require a signature. The courier will try to deliver the products to your address, and, if no-one is home, will try a neighbor and leave you a card to let you know where your delivery is. If they're unsuccessful, they will leave you a card, and you can call them to arrange another delivery time. If you experience any problems with a delivery call us on 0115 8966796.
All orders paid with by card can only be shipped to a billing address, and orders paid for via Paypal to the confirmed address on the account.

We ship Worldwide with DHL, DPD & Fedex. Our site will calculate international shipping for most products, but if your location is not listed call or email us with your location and the products you'd like to ship.
You are responsible for customs clearance, duties & taxes due in your respective country. For shipments outside the EU our website shows the price with the UK 20% VAT already removed.
